- 10:30 Presentation: Identity Is the New Control Plane: Protecting and Recovering AD and Entra ID by Randy Lee, Senior Systems Engineer at Veeam Software
Moving from Active Directory to Entra ID creates new dependencies, attack paths, and recovery challenges. This technical session examines token theft, MFA bypass, malicious OAuth consent, compromised service principals, privilege sprawl, Conditional Access, and hybrid synchronization risks. Using real-world identity attacks and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Randy Lee will explain how organizations can better protect, detect, respond to, and recover from identity compromise. - 11:10 Break
