- VMUG Website Refresh: Last Friday, the VMware User Group launched a newly redesigned VMUG.com. Be sure to visit the new website to check it out.
- Game On: Earlier this month VMUG launched a North America Membership drive. Among the prizes are a 5-day Exclusive VMworld Experience in San Francisco, a celebration for your local VMUG and a retina display iPad Air. Be sure to stop by www.vmugdashboard.com and check out the Game On new recruit challenge. Be sure to sign up with the Wisconsin VMUG when you participate.
- FeedForward: VMUG is working with Mike Laverick, Scott Lowe and Duncan Epping on a project called FeedForward. The idea behind this is to encourage and support more members of the virtualization community to present at their local VMUG meetings. Watch the #FeedForward hashtag on Twitter and check out http://www.vmug.com/feedforward for more information as this program develops.
- PluralSight: PluralSight who acquired longtime VMUG supporter TrainSignal last year has really stepped up their community involvement. They have launched a new program to support local VMUGs more than ever before. We are in the process of getting set up with them to take full advantage of this program. To start with they have given us 3 of their Annual Plus subscriptions to give away at our 4/22 WI-VMUG User Conference. Watch wivmug.org for more details in the coming weeks.
- VMUG Voice: The April issue of the VMUG Voice is now available. You can find it here as well as back issues Voice. There is also information on that page for submitting content for future issues.
