    Concourse is the open-source CI/CD system that Pivotal Software uses to automate tasks from deploying and upgrading foundations to pretty much any task you can think of. In this presentation, I would like to share some of the things I have learned about concourse. We will start this journey by looking at a quick way to learn concourse for yourself with a simple hello world pipeline, and then move to a full multi-worker install with some more complicated pipelines.

    Introducing the latest release today, with the themes of hybrid cloud leadership and ease of HCI adoption. This presentation is going to help you better understand how HCI with vSAN, is the starting point for those transitioning to a software defined, hybrid cloud infrastructure. Demo a live environment running on vSAN 6.7U1. Also demo of upgrading cluster from vSAN 6.5 to 6.7U1 using VUM tool.

We will take a look at tools various tools like the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Packer, the VMware OS Optimization Tool and PowerShell.

Venue and Date Set for our 2019 WI-VMUG UserCon

Our 2019 UserCon will be our 10th.  So we figured why not celebrate our anniversary by returning to where it all began.  On Tuesday, April 16th, 2019 we will be holding our UserCon at The Ingleside Hotel (formerly Country Springs) in Pewaukee.  This year’s UserCon was our best ever and we are already working hard on topping it in 2019.  So mark your calendars and save the date.
